BetiFURLONGPeacefully on 7th May 2018 at her home in Penydarren, Merthyr Tydfil, Beti. Wife of the late Nevil, loving mother to Ruth, John, Anita and mother-in-law to Michael and Adam, a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother, will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service on Tuesday 29th May 2018 at Ivor Chapel, Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil at 11am, followed by interment at Pant Cemetery at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired will go to Caselin Maternity Clinic in Lesotho (cheques payable to T. P. Griffiths & Sons Ltd.). Further enquiries to T.P. Griffiths & Sons Inc. My deepest condolences to the Furlong family. I had the pleasure of staying with Anita, Beti and Nevil in 1994 after completing a Contiki tour of Europe. I'll never forget what gracious hosts they were and how they made me feel part of their family.
